  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom products (corporate cards, influencer cards, 3D printed designs) may take longer depending on design complexity.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods

  • We use trusted courier and logistics partners for delivery.

  • Tracking details will be shared with you once your order is dispatched.

3. Delivery Time

  • Within India: 4–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days after dispatch (varies by destination and customs clearance).

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.

  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions.

5. Delays

  • Delivery times may be affected by courier delays, natural events, or public holidays.

  • Tapseed is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or customs.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos.

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will investigate with our courier partners and provide a replacement or refund (as applicable).

7. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

  • Tapseed is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses.
