1. Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

• Once production/customization starts, cancellation is not possible.

2. Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

• You received a defective or non-functional NFC product.

• You received the wrong product or customization error caused by Tapseed.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after order confirmation.

• Customer-provided errors in design, spelling, or customization.

• Physical damage caused after delivery.
