At Tapseed, we aim to deliver your NFC products safely and on time. Please read our shipping and delivery terms below.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom products (corporate cards, influencer cards, 3D printed designs) may take longer depending on design complexity.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods
We use trusted courier and logistics partners for delivery.
Tracking details will be shared with you once your order is dispatched.
3. Delivery Time
Within India: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
International Orders: 10–20 business days after dispatch (varies by destination and customs clearance).
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
Free shipping may be offered during special promotions.
5. Delays
Delivery times may be affected by courier delays, natural events, or public holidays.
Tapseed is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or customs.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos.
If your order is lost in transit, we will investigate with our courier partners and provide a replacement or refund (as applicable).
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
Tapseed is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses.
